
Harold Wayne Cox, MD
Dr. Harold Cox graduated from the University of South Alabama School of Medicine and completed his residency training at the Jackson Hospital UAB Montgomery Family Medicine Residency Program in 1988. Following residency he practiced traditional office based medicine until he joined MFMRP as a faculty member in 2007. Outside of medicine his focus is his family, his church and medical missions. Each year Dr. Cox takes a group from his church including residents to an undeserved area in South America or Hati. His particular family medicine interests include diabetes mellitus. He also strives to help residents to provide compassionate care for the whole patient to meet the patient's physical, mental and spiritual needs. Dr. Cox's family medicine teaching philosophy is to educate resident physicians about the art of providing quality, compassionate care for the whole patient in order to meet their physical, mental, and spiritual needs.

Vernishia Hill Graham, MD
Dr. Vernishia Hill Graham is a native of Montgomery and completed her residency training in 2011 at Montgomery Family Medicine Residency Program. She attended St. Matthew’s University, School of Medicine, BWI and graduated in 2008. Prior to medical school she attended The University of Alabama as well as The University of Alabama Birmingham for undergraduate studies. She completed her masters in Exercise Physiology at The University of Alabama Birmingham. Managing chronic disease states, obesity and Women's Health are her special interests. Dr. Hill Graham is a member of American Academy of Family Physicians and is board certified in Family Medicine. She is married to Sherard Graham and they have three daughters Sydney, Skylar, and Sawyer. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and watching sports.
